We had great Tai Chi & Qi Gong Workshop, held last Thursday in beautiful Belgrade park in city center. Workshop was organized for a group of women NGO leaders from around the Balkan region and focused on providing strategies for self care for individuals working with victims of trauma. We did some basic Tai Chi movements and tried to focus on inner strength and harmony. We also learned 5 elements Qi Gong which is very helpful for keeping our emotions in balance. We have spend nice time in nature, laughing and gaining energy for rest of the day.

7.Vežba – Netremice gledamo u pesnicu da bi smo povećali Qi
METAL – tuga – Taiyin-šaka, RENMAI (središnji) Meridijan pluća – jin
Polazi od bubrega preko perineuma i do pubične regije. Zatim teče spoljašnjim slojem do grla. U grlu se deli na dve grane koje se kreću duž usana i desni do Qingming (donjeg dela očiju) i onda u oči. Slabost Ren-a se očitava u unutrašnjim problemima. Zove se i more Yin meridijana.
Meridijan pluća ima silazni tok ispod ključne kosti, unutrašnjom stranom ruke do gornje strane palca. Problemi koji nastaju zbog neumerenog rada ovog meridijana su problemi sa disanjem, katar, bronhitis, astma, kašalj, bol u predelu ruke i ramena. Pluća utiču na kožu, a takodje su povezana i sa infekcijama sinusa.
Dantien je more Qi-a i treniramo ga da dobijamo energiju. Renmai prolazi kroz Dantien.
